Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • in the same condition you received it,
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake in your order.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Made-to-order pieces or unique artworks created specifically for you
Important: In accordance with applicable consumer laws, items made to order or produced as one-of-a-kind pieces are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective or damaged.

Exchanges

Need a different item? Simply return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
